FOCUS AREAS

Day Zero Water is committed to providing clean, safe drinking water to schools in New York and international communities. Our registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is working toward these goals every day, with the help of our partners and supporters, through water quality testing, filtration, and educational campaigns.

Learn more about our main focus areas and how each is an essential pillar of our water conservation organization.

Water Filtration System Installation

Day Zero Water is committed to fundraising and installing reverse osmosis water filter systems in schools in New York and high-stress water areas internationally. These clean water filtration systems are key to ensuring students and communities can access non-contaminated drinking water.

Water Quality Testing

Our New York nonprofit utilizes advanced water tracking technology and conducts thorough water quality assessments to identify communities in need of assistance. By monitoring water levels and employing precise water quality testing methods, we help pinpoint areas facing water scarcity or contamination.

Water Awareness Campaigns

Part of Day Zero Water’s mission involves collaborating with local government authorities to advocate for regulations promoting water conservation and sustainable practices. We aim to drive policy changes that support water conservation efforts and contribute to building a more sustainable environment.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Water

Day Zero Water is designed to create awareness for water conservation and reduce water usage by ~20% at various organizations and homes. We do this by encouraging the adoption of eco-friendly practices and the use of smart water-saving devices and other nature-based solutions.
